Howard Quarter Horses is owned and operated by Robert A. Howard, a graduate of North Texas Farrier School in Mineral Wells, Texas. He apprenticed under Bill Horsey, Certified Master Farrier and Dick Schneible, Equine Dentist.

Robert has a lifetime of experience with horses and specializes in starting colts on cattle.
